Registration and import

Our regulatory team prepares JFDA dossiers, laboratory testing and Arabic labeling, and clears customs for the cosmetics and personal-care devices we distribute.

Every product Papaya Trading distributes is imported directly from its brand owner and taken through Jordan's registration and customs process by our own team before it reaches a pharmacy shelf.

From brand owner to pharmacy shelf

  1. Technical file

    We gather the product documentation from the brand owner and prepare the technical file.

  2. Testing and approval

    We arrange laboratory testing and submit the dossier for JFDA approval.

  3. Import and clearance

    Approved products are imported, labeled and cleared through customs.

  4. Storage and distribution

    Stock is received at our Amman warehouse with batch and expiry tracking, then distributed.
